It would seem that you have no intent to fix this problem -- I guess because you do not value customer service or care at all about your reputation. You all should wake up and realize that Outlook is VERY POPULAR. You are intentionally blocking folks from using AOL from within it. Why? It's clearly purposeful. Have you considered that most people do not want to individually log into each of their different email accounts (e.g., AOL, gmail, MS mail, etc? FYI, I am in the process of moving completely off your platform. Perhaps your company would benefit from hiring someone who knows what they are doing.
