  1. As many have said, the older format was easier to use. When I go back to read my e mail and what I didn't finish writing back, its lost.

  2. make it easier to search old messages, and also on Samsungs, it often doesn't correctly 'save as new'.

  3. Go back to old version. Canot go back to retrieve an old or deleted email when needed. Please put some of the old version back! Thank you.?

  4. fix my aol account so i can get my email messages i have been a customer if aol for 30 years and never had this problem
