Go back to old version. Canot go back to retrieve an old or deleted email when needed. Please put some of the old version back! Thank you.?

what the heck?
When i deleted my mail from my old email box, it also deleted my emails from my saved files. I had important emails that I needed information for work and for personal use. -

When I deleted the emails in the Shop folder, ALL of my emails were deleted, including those I had filed in personal folders! I am furious!!!

Nothing like the original AOL, I didn't receive the garbage like what comes with the new AOL.

The old format was better. this one makes the screen jump from the top to the bottom when wrotting a email. I can not retrieve older messages.

l've used AOL for 25 years. lt has now turned rotten. Your programmers could fix this software problem or support users but they're not. Shame on you.
