    Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later.

    Just followed your instructions dated 02/21/23 and no update available. Please fix this issue, I've had aol email for 24 years and never an issue with replying to emails until the past 2 months or so.

    Cannot reply without the screen jumping around - please fix this. Also there is a very long delay...as in days after opening "new" email for the email to populate to "old" mailbox - please this too.
