  3. Why can't I access my contacts to correct them? I don't use a computer anymore, just my smartphone and have no way to fix my contacts.

  8. when deleting new emails, they disappear from the new email folder but never get to trash. have to force stop app and the open back to move

  11. Eliminate the Audio chimes that I don't use. Takes up space on my phone and will not allow me to permanently delete.
