  2. I loved how we could click and organize email via alphabet with one click so as to retrieve important mail quickly and clearly.

  3. Why can't I access my contacts to correct them? I don't use a computer anymore, just my smartphone and have no way to fix my contacts.

  8. when deleting new emails, they disappear from the new email folder but never get to trash. have to force stop app and the open back to move
