This is about the 5th time I've been compelled to provide feedback since last summer when you forced this change in format. Unannounced changes in your format continue to appear -- and each time, they create even more stress. As of this week, the font was changed to tiny 8-point. WHY??? You are also FORCING us now to use the two-step verification to sign in against our will. STOP!!! Even after disabling this sign-in requirement, I continue to be forced to use it. ****For the 5th time, give us the option to REVERT BACK to the ORIGINAL format!!! Why are you ignoring the feedback from your customers on this site???

You now have almost 1,000 complaints about the new AOL format. How many will it take for you to listen to your customers and return us to the original format??

I appears AOL is not reading any of these comments. So we're all going to be forced to accept something we hate which is affecting our work in some cases?? I've called Customer Service to complain and urge them to return back to the original format. I even requested to speak to a supervisor. I said there have been several thousands of complaints about the new format. I said, "People HATE this!! I've not seen one positive feedback." The customer service rep. replied to me, "That's 'your opinion.'" NO. It is a fact!!! They obviously do not care.

AOL is not reading any of these posts. People have been complaining for a year and after thousands of complaints the problems remain.
