    PLEASE. Oh, PLEASE get rid of this HORRIBLE FORMAT!! This is the most OBNOXIOUS format and it is so hard to access my emails without having to go to "page 2, 3 or 4". THIS IS ********. By the comments I've seen, I'm not alone and you will be losing many subscribers. Most of my friends can't even believe I'm still using AOL. I may have to consider using my Comcast account now since this sucks so bad.

  2. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    This is the worst "improvement" you have ever done. I have had this account since the '90's. This has just added confusion to the ability to sort email because now, I have to choose different PAGES, instead of simply scrolling down the list. This is, by far, the STUPIDEST and most annoyingly inconvenient format. Now you look just like GMAIL, which SUCKS. I'll be looking for a VERY different email program...

  3. Put the old email platform back, this so-called new one is ridiculous. If not, I guess it's bye-bye aol.

    I will find another email to use if I can't switch back to the old format. This one SUCKS. Having to go to multiple pages instead of scrolling down is the STUPIDEST THING you've done.
