2. Why doesn't copy & paste work with AOL Email anymore? It reduces the article's print to small size and totally will not copy the image. This

   Once you mark a message as "Not Spam", our filters will no longer place messages from that sender in your Spam folder.  Is it possible you are using a 3rd party app?

    You should be able to use the reply/fwd buttons at the bottom of each message to chose a specific message in a thread
