Can Not Leave News Comments.
You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

Often AOL and Yahoo stop delivering notices of responses to comments. It would be helpful to provide a simple means of reconnecting email notices and comments. It would be even better if responses to comments appeared in emails as designed.

AFTER I SENT THIS MESSAGE, I WENT TO X AND AOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ASKED FOR HELP. THUS FAR, NO RESPONSE. IF YOU DO NOT FIND HOW YOU DELETED ALL MY NEWSLETTERS - SOME OF WHICH ARE PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS - I WILL SEEK OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE. THANK YOU!
I received an auto reply from you. Your help page does not exist. I could not find you on FB customer care page. I have paid for a number of newsletter subscriptions, and I NO LONGER RECEIVE THEM AS OF A FEW WEEKS AGO. If I try to add my name to those newsletters, I am informed that my email is currently in use. I tested one of the free newsletters and had it sent to my husband's account and he received it. I cannot receive either the paid for or free newsletters. I SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME ON THE PHONE WITH ONE OF YOUR REPS AND SHE COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM. YOU HAVE STOPPED ALL OF THEM. PLEASE HELP! FIND A WAY FOR ME TO CONTACT YOU VIA A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS OR ACCOUNT. TY! -

When I read a AOL story and try to "Comment" I am blocked, I appeal and get no response, now I appeal and the Appeal is immediately blocked. This has occurred over 1 year now. I will follow all guidelines. please allow me access to the "comment" sections. I was instructed to use feedback by your staff.so that your "developer" could address my issue.

Be able to help me when I need it. Unable to comment on stories and keeps telling me unable to put in my comment and no new comments from other AOL members available to me on right side when I click on the little pic of bell and always have agrees or replies.
