  1. I have been user of AOL for over 15 years - the main thing is for email. This is quickly becoming the most difficult aspect of the plan.

  2. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    Agree with many other comments - I do not like the font size that presents - it is tedious to have to save every email you read by drop down menu - Uugh. Time consuming. Can we have old process back. These changes are enough to consider another email provider. Please go back to prior platform look and feel.
