    I need to be able to apply boldface in my messages, make reply messages in a different color. Where are the tools to click to do these?

    Have you gotten a response from AOL? Is this feedback a forum so AOL doesn't have to address people's phone calls? Has anyone heard from AOL? Does AOL even care? I am ready to move on. It is too frustrating to deal with....

    I agree. Asking isn't getting any response. Is this just a forum to express our unhappiness. Is AOL listening? I think it is a ploy not to have to actually talk to anyone. AOL does not care.
