  1. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    I am in agreement with others - the new "classic" format is abysmal and certainly not the prior classic format. Give us the ability to go back to the prior platform. If I wanted to use gmail then I wouldn't still be on aol classic but now I think I may bite the bullet and change to gmail if this is how customers who have been clients since the beginning are treated. I choose to stay with classic when given the option, and yesterday it changed without a prompt. It is clunky and not easy to use. Stop forcing these changes. As you can see by the numerous comments, many hate this and may leave because of it - if that was the goal, congratulations.
