I want my old format back .. it is imperative that I get the old classic back or I will need to go to another email system along with all of my employees. I need to be able to scroll down and see old email at one view and I absolutley dislike the format.
Please return my account back to the classic account. You did not ask me nor did you tell me you were switching the format. That is a violation. I have been a customer for over 20 years.
I did not give you permission to change my account settings. I was not advised that you were changing the classic format. I did not give you permission to change my account nor was I advised so you are in violation of your original agreement. I need to be able to scroll down for emails and not go from page to page. I need to be able to querry all emails at once. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This is extremely alarming. There is nothing I like about the new format. Change is not always good. If I wanted this formation I would get a Google Account which I have been asked for years by my clients. I like the old one and stuck with you.. This is not exceptable.
