    I HATE the new email format. Want the old classic one I have used for decades back. The new is more time consuming and all of the links to articles I have sent to myself to click and open now do not work. If I wanted a change I would have switched from aol to another provider. Loyalty gets you no where apparently. I will now have to gradually switch to another provider. Thanks for the inconvenience.
