    I totally understand your struggle with the new phone! When I first got my iPhone, I found it tricky to figure out how to record the screen also. After some searching, I discovered this helpful guide on how to screen record on iPhone from https://setapp.com/how-to/screen-record-on-iphone It made everything clear and easy to follow.     Its interesting. I like topics about health and the impact of social media on health, including mental well-being, cannot be overlooked. As explored in https://www.australiacounselling.com.au/social-media-addiction/ excessive usage can lead to addiction, anxiety, and feelings of isolation. The constant need for validation and comparison with others can erode self-esteem. However, by recognizing the signs of social media addiction and implementing strategies to limit usage, we can restore balance in our lives.
