AOL created this email issue. It’s your product and you need to use any measure necessary to assist in recovering client data. Not being able to recover emails when you have ALL the info. to do so is absolutely asinine. Especially when someone has been a long time client of 25+ years. Use common sense!!! I’m in FL and along with several other states, countless people are in the middle of trying to get their lives back together. They are in the processes of dealing with FEMA, Homeowners Ins., Auto Insurance, coming to terms with losing everything they own and trying to find any support/assistance possible. Can you even begin to fathom what this issue (OF YOUR OWN MAKING) has added to an already beyond unimaginable, devastating and stressful situation?
