    your service is rapidly becoming unusable, I do not have cell phone and your 2 step verification process hampers me from connecting when I am not at home, I need this removed, I never signed up for it and it shows I am not signed up but still it forces me to get a code.
    The having to pay to get to talk with a person makes this look it a real SCAM, when I called to talk to person and he said I would have to sign up and have my credit card ready, he hung up on me when sais this looks like a scam.
