How can I turn off the 2 step for getting into my account?
Not sure but I would like to turn off the 2 step verification.

your service is rapidly becoming unusable, I do not have cell phone and your 2 step verification process hampers me from connecting when I am not at home, I need this removed, I never signed up for it and it shows I am not signed up but still it forces me to get a code.
The having to pay to get to talk with a person makes this look it a real SCAM, when I called to talk to person and he said I would have to sign up and have my credit card ready, he hung up on me when sais this looks like a scam. -

I want to disable 2 step verification. How do I do it? It is a major annoyance. I don't have reliable cell service so I'm often locked out.

There is no button or place to click 2 step verification which is a pain in the butt. Never requested it and your support is NONE. How the **** do I disable it???????

Very important because I can't use the other 2 step, I somehow messed it up.
