  4. Went to your help site and they were not able to address my issue. Every comment I post is being rejected, including a simple "hi". Fix it.

    Yep this is really annoying. If you want to have a conversation with someone who replied to your comment, instead of being taken straight to your comment via the notification or email, you have to go to the article and just scroll through comments hoping to find your own.

  7. I can't get the REPLIES to my comments after AOL's news page articles. Ur tech can't help. Said to notify you this way.
