I agree with everyone protesting the insertion of ads in the middle of our emails. The Customer Service Rep's solution was to pay (on top of my monthly fee) to have no ads. So let me get this straight.....AOL gets a fee when they accept the ads from vendors AND they get a fee from subscribers to not post the ads.....right. Does "double dipping" sound familiar?? And as was pointed out by others, you can't get rid of them. Do they have a "shelf life" of forever???
