    This has happened to me intermittently over and over since the now offer "paid" tech support I've changed email address for most important correspondence

    My apple consultant said to change to gmail No filtering issues based on whether or not you pay the ransom

    Ever since they offered paid customer support, I've consistently not received my emails Very suspect
