However, I have yet to hear from YOU, AOL, on why this decision was made. You want us to give YOU feedback, but all we get is silence from you. How about a little explanation on your part. I've been a member of AOL since the "dial-up" days when I paid for the number of minutes I used. I am now working on establishing a new email address that will allow me to ultimately dump AOL. If your goal is to ultimately run customers away, then well done.

The reason I have stayed with AOL is because everything was in one place. If you keep farming things out, it won't be worth staying and I've been with AOL from the start when it was dial-up. If the corporate powers are trying to slowly kill AOL, they are doing a fine job. Now I have to re-build all my portfolios, lost of wasted time.......
You have taken all the things away that made AOL different. You are like every other website. From Private messaging, Finance drop down, News items that are nothing more than "click bait", to Portfolio removal (if I had wanted YAHOO I would have signed up for YAHOO). I am sure none of my comments or others like mine make any difference because I have yet to see any response from AOL. I've had the same email address for over 25 years. While it will be a real pain to change now, with the way you have destroyed much of what was good about AOL, it might be time to make the change. Well Done AOL, WELL DONE !!!!!
