    Need an expert to chat with, not someone I can't understand & they can't understand what I'm asking

    I've called at least 5 times on this. I cannot sign in when I type in my PW. No one seems to be able to fix the problems except for signing in once or twice AFTER they say it's fixed... I want to type in my PW>>>>>

    Also, when I ask for Chat, I have to wait for a long time before someone answers
