I have no idea but I did have a question...
I think 15 minutes is long enough to wait for someone to help you when you ask a definitive question. Am beginning to reconsider AOL. Maybe "too big for your britches???"

You sent me an e-mail regarding AOL's commitment during the Covid-19 crisis. But, you sent it as if I were a Verizon Media member----something that I am not. I have an Apple i-phone as well as a home phone and my internet access is through my cable provider----Frontier Communications (formerly AT&T).

There was a time when AOL was number 1 you've lost that slot awhile ago don't hit rock bottom You keep putting people through all this aggravation and you'll have to pay people to stay on your site or there won't be an AOL. Why are you messing with it ? Make it simple when someone wants to make a comment they don't want to go through all this **** every time Put things back the way they were. Nearly 46 percent of households still have landlines. They're dependable, well established and easy to use. Most of the users are more mature if you get my meaning. I also drive older compact cars that have some crude form of computer, but not the kind that tattle on you.

If you say paying customers can CHAT with you SOMEONE has to be on the line to CHAT. I see others are having the same problem. It won't let me email because I am one of the few customers that still pays for AOL but then no body cares because it is not working with AOL GOLD/microsoft. It STINKS! and no one cares or it would be working.
