    I NOTICED THAT MANY RECURRENT EMAIL SPAM MESSAGES CHANGE SENDER TO AVOID SPAM BLOCKS YET USE IDENTICAL OR NEARLY IDENTICAL SUBJECT LINES. WHY NOT MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO BLOCK SUBJECTS SO THOSE EMAILS CAN EASILY BE BLOCKED ENTIRELY?
