US based here. This is a major design flaw in the website and it is extremely infuriating. The fact that you can't even read top headlines without them being cut off is enough to drive anyone mad. Tech Crunch, I promise you it's not worth the ad revenue to have all of your top headlines and articles cut off by the advertisement.
