  1. Can't view pictures my sent pictures.

    I can send Emails with pictures to friends and they get them fine, however when I open them the writing is fine but the pictures are tiny icons that won't open. This is brand new. What happened?

    I send a mail this afternoon. I know I did because she responded. I want some info from that mail and look at SENT MAIL. It's not there. :(
    I delete a few things. I know I did because they're not there any more. Go to RECENTLY DELETED and they are not there. :(
    I'm losing important info because of AOL GOLD.
    Dump it or fix it.

  3. Mail is messed up and it happened on 5/6

    Mail changed yesterday (5/6) so the subject is on the rightmost side and is very inconvenient and annoying. When my mail initally deploys, the subject is in teh correct spot but then blinks and shifts to the right side. Don't know what you guys did but it messes me up big time. Tried to access "AOL Help" and the person tried several things and nothing worked. You people must have done something on 5/6 to mess up mail but I, for one are very unhappy. Turn it back the way it was!

  4. Saved email Blank? Fix that ASAP

    When I open my Saved emails they are BLANK!!! What is the point of saving them when they are not there to read. Fix that ASAP

  5. My AOL Desktop Gold is not working

    I noticed there are others who cannot use their AOL Desktop. It freezes up when I login to AOL through AOL Gold, and the only way I can even get on is to go through Firefox. What is going on? I liked the old AOL better. They really messed up AOL. I have been with for over a decade.

  6. Generating end of word before you finish typing

    Why when typing an email, the software generates the end of the word before you finish typing ..thus when you finish typing the letters are duplicated

  11. Get it Fixed to start with.

    When I post a picture or image and send it or someone sends it to me all I get is a little box nothing there. What the **** can't you guys run a program for a week without a problem. I pay for a service that is ****, Every week it is something new going on. Just get the mail fixed where we can post, pictures, images or tags and be able to send them.

  13. AOL just 'upgraded' their software. Now you can't even get photos to appear in your emails without manually attaching them.

    AOL just 'upgraded' their software. It used to be that you could insert a photo in your email by using the picture button and it would automatically insert that as an attachment. That doesn't work anymore. Now you have to manually insert the photo as an attachment at the bottom because if you don't you will see the photo in your email but it won't go through. What a joke!.

  15. App Usage

    I am very disappointed in your desk top Gold to say the least. Ever since I started with it years ago, my computer will periodically freeze up and I need to restart it – even with a brand new computer I truly have to restart my computer at least 12 – 15 times per day. I use this for work purposes and find that the storage on AOL gold is most inadequate and probably should be marketed to those only using it for family & friends - I run a business using it. I cannot get files I stored on…

  16. Not getting mail from a newsletter I belong to

    I have been getting mail from a newsletter I have subscribed to for years and now for some reason i'm not getting it. It is two different post they send to me one daily and one on Fridays. I want to know WHY!!!!!!

  18. AOL has attached my AOL account to my Yahoo Account but when I try to respond to a financial thing from my Yahoo Portfolio I get my AOL emai

    AOL has attached my AOL account to my Yahoo Account but when I try to respond to a financial thing from my Yahoo Portfolio I get my AOL email as the sending form with.. This I don't want because I use separate account so when the spam gets too great on my retail account name I just don't use (or close that particular) that particular account. I don't want to mess up this AOL account as this is my friends and neighbor account. I think the answer to this is to make an icon on my desk top to access…

  19. Email problems with AOL gold!

    I open the email tab but no email appears any more. Also when in email we must click each message to delete. Takes long time, unlike old AOL that allowed you to highlight many emails at once and delete. AOL gold not worth paying for, bring back the old. This is like many other software upgrades from many sources. Upgrades are usually worse!
