Message Moved
Please remove the necessity to click on the "Message(s) Moved" box when I move an email to a specific folder. Having to use the cursor to delete the box is time consuming / frustrating. Make it so that hitting any key will make the box go away.

Would like to see a progress bar during Mail Export using MyData Export feature, now that Export / Import is now working

member having problem editing message to the aol desktop gold
member having problem editing message to the aol desktop gold applicatio. everytime member copy text thru microsoft word and paste it to the aol desktop gold body it is not letting the member edit the format of the text and spaces are not manageable to the way the member want it to be. it is much better for the application to show more professional messages especially when sending it to the clients.

Email Highlight Changes
you made changes with last update that means I have to take more time. Used to be that whatever line in email was highlighted that I could delete. But that line is no longer really highlighted. I now have to click on it to actually highlight it before I can delete. Please go back to original email action.

When I delete spam I want to see that it is PERMANENTLY deleted like it used to be.I want to permanently delete it myself like v 98.2

Can you bring back the "You have mail waiting to be sent" notice when signing on to the AOL desktop?

The new download manager
I want a Manager I can put multiple documents into and download at one time into a folder I choose. This new one is no help to me as I open many emails with puzzles attached. I do not need to organize my downloads the way this new one is set up. and I really want to choose where to put them because I do not want to use my download folder for regular mail items. you need to tweak this new manager to make it more user friendly

Need to get your act together concerning the Oath and Yahoo. Yahoo kicks out mail when I need to myself out of my phone.

AOL should give users the option to star, highlight or bookmark emails received and read so they can be easily found and re-read. Gmail and Outlook both have this feature!

My mail folder problems
Why when you open mail the my mail folders need to expand so you can view all of the folders names. It should expand to the longest names folder and you shouldn't have to perform this task every time you open your mail.

After being with AOL since it started, I've discovered that there's a limit to how much spam I can block.
Spam limit after 20+ years on AOl.
