ability to change the time of receipt of email.
the time stamp for receipt of emails is 3 hrs behind me (I'm on east coast, setting is west coast) and I have learned from tech support there is NO WAY to correct it.

Quick Find - Select All- Delete
Hello, I have the most difficult time cleaning out my mail box. PLEASE YOU COULD HELP IN THIS WAY:

Then IF you would ADD these options:

DELETE:I have to scroll to delete one email at a time..that takes hours that is why I don't do it. I have so many emails that I try to get people to send me messages in other ways. However I could quickly get ahold and manage my mail so much easier if for example:

then all my emails that say GNC would come up

Recently, AOL GOLD changed the email program so that if I have an email open and another email lands in my mail, the open email moves to old
Recently AOL GOLD changed the email program so that if I have an email open and another email lands in my mail folder, the open email automatically moves to Old Mail. It is very inefficient to have to move to old mail to delete the email I just finished.

Get rid of all the upgrades you have made in the 4 months!!!
In the last 4 months I have;
1. Stopped being able to save mail with out opening.
2. Stopped being able to open links from my face book without having to click on another link to to approve the link.
3. Copy and paste pictures into emails. Pictures I paste do not come through on the other end and 50 % of the pictures pasted into mail to be sent later disappears when the mail is reopened.
4. Mail in my send later file is sent with the date it was saved no the date it was sent.
Please fix… -

The following 'glitches; on AOL GOLD should be fixed. First, when I try to "manage' my Mail Folders (for instance, rename one of them) it doesn't 'catch' and register when I make the change and press SAVE...... It just stays there and then when I look, the change didn't register.
Also, when I go to save an email, sometimes there is no arrow if I want to choose "Save on my PC" as opposed to "Save on AOL". Then other times both arrows are there. Could you please fix this so it works all the time? Finally, I see you… -

While you responded on Feedback, no one from AOL has reached out to address my issues: Is anyone going to contact me to resolve my issues?
I have sent repeated bug reports and still have no resolution. I have contacted support, they went into my system and reinstalled the software but since the issue wasn’t resolved they advised to send a bug report. But the bug reports do NOTHING!!
