EMBEDDED IMAGES

As I scroll down to read e-mails, I often stray a bit and accidentally send my mail to the SPAM folder. Bigger margins please. Thanks.
Please increase the margins to the right of the e-mail so that it is more difficult to accidentally select icons in close proximity.

Fix the language
It is bad enough that social media users are destroying our beautiful language, but for far too long we have had to listen this provider tell us "You've got mail." First of all, "You have mail." is proper, and doesn't need the "got which is so very overused today.

friends sent to spam
There is a problem in the SPAM procedure. Everyone I know who has AOL periodically finds their friends sent to SPAM. We spend days fishing them out and marking them This is Not SPAM, and then they finally go back to normal and another person gets marked SPAM. I have one friend who doesn't get the point that this is systemic, not individual, and she just spent 4 hours on the phone with a tech trying to get my emails to go back into New instead of SPAM.

Attachments
Eliminate having to save every attachment before printing. This is a pain and a waste of time. Gmail and other accounts don't have this step

Bulk email export glitch. No way to export an AOL email address book group folder to Constant Contact for bulk mailing service. Your tech Zack tried multiple ways--including web mail through Microsoft Edge. No dice. I have pages to enter into an Excel spreadsheet format--one at a time. Ugh.

AOL.s (VERIZON "OATH") is NOW "FULLY" controlling my AOL E-MAIL ... and you need to stop this **** "immediately"
Now that you 'selectively censored' who I get my e-mail from - You need to restore my e-mail servive to what it was previously, and IMMEDIATELY ... or you'll have to answer to my Congress persons !!
Btw, I'll actually (hand) WRITING to them on this "complaint" tommorrow .. because you already have too much control over my internet, and 'far over' and "above" your "TOS rules" -
why can't ADG have a "reformat" feature to reformat email received with text down the center ?
sometimes i receive email that already has the text down the center of the page, sometimes character by character. other times , i'll send out an email and the recipient receives it the way i described. i've been told so many copies have been passed, that the margins are affected. I understand any other provider has a "reformat" tool. I can't find it. so why can't adg have a "reformat" tool????

I have to verify every email before deleting. My hands are bound with arthritis! I am desperate and looking at other Carriers! Help!

Reinstatement of Blocked Email
Reinstate the blocking of ALL emails when I am on vacation. You are charging for it now!!!!! Ridiculous!!!

Please add click and drag for emails. I do not want to open or down load an email that might be a phish.
Please add a feature to deal with possible phish emails. I do not want to open to forward to aol_phish nor do I want to down load the attachment so you can see what is being sent. I would like a feature like outlook has that allows the email to be attached without opening to another email.

No sense leaving a message after seeing so many AOL customers having problems with the AOL Desktop Gold.
With the large number of problems being experienced by AOL members it seems AOL would have made sure the Gold was working properly before launching it. Many great features were left out and so many other problems. Sorry state of affairs. Been an AOL member for many years and sad to say the GOLD is not AOL standard.

I was not receiving any email for the day. This went on for 3 days and I had to call AOL to fix it...very frustrated and time consuming.
Every day I try to access my email and all I get is the email from the day before. I had to call 3 times so AOL could fix the problem.

Now what you have you gone and screwed up! Now I can't just run down the list of emails I want to delete..I have to click the email and now I have to go thru a riggamorol and click yes when the box pops up!! Ridiculous! Hey people there's no need to submit these they never resolve these issues..It's gotten so bad I don't want to even open my emails anymore!

Desktop changes, no notification!!!!!!!
Once again you have made changes to the AOL Desktop without any notification to users/customers. No longer is there "Recently Deleted". Now (apparently) recently deleted email is in the "Trash" folder.
Why do you treat customers so badly as to not notify them of changes or alleged "Updates".
AOL/OATH continues to be inconsiderate of its customers. Not good business-retention tactic.
