emoji idea
I've written this idea before and have not seen a response. On most devices that offer wmoji's, it does not close the window when you select the emoji. I often like to insert several at a time. Could you please leave the emoji box open until I'm finished selecting emoji's?
Also, I would really be a good thing if when I select, "Mark as Unread" you would let the text go to bold again. This way I can see which emails I've marked to reply or deal with at a later date.

DISABLE SPAM CONTROL COMPLETELY
I want to disable spam controls completely. Your current program puts too many items into the spam folder including desired mail.

Transferring data
I attempted to copy everything I have in AOL 9.8.0 on my Windows 7 desktop to AOL Gold on my new Windows 10 computer. Everything moved without any problem
except "Mail waiting to be sent." I am told by your tech department that it is not possible. That is hard to accept! My wife has years of writings in "Mail waiting to be sent" that are now useless unless I keep the old computer. Email Highlight Changes
you made changes with last update that means I have to take more time. Used to be that whatever line in email was highlighted that I could delete. But that line is no longer really highlighted. I now have to click on it to actually highlight it before I can delete. Please go back to original email action.

Aol Desktop Gold
Suggest you offer an option in the settings for mail to always show oldest "New" mail at the top, and newest at the bottom permanently. Currently, I have to click on 'Date' every time to reverse the order of display!

MOVE EMAILs from SPAM/TRASH to AOL/Local folders.
Like the Android AOL App, I'd like to: MOVE emails from Spam or Trash to local or AOL folders.
ON desktop GOLD, I can MOVE ONLY from my INBOX to AOL folders, meaning that any files in SPAM and TRASH must be first moved from there to the INBOX then to a folder I want them in.
If the Android APP can, why can't GOLD?

How do I delete email headers & footers when printing?
If I don't want email headers and footers to appear on printed email, how do I turn this feature off by default? The workaround in print preview has an easy check the box option, but only for that particular email.

there needs to be a way to select multiple emails, and save them all as individual files, to a flash drive, hard drive, etc so they can be used/viewed individually... OFF SITE from AOL or required internet access.

Mark as Unread
When I read an e-mail and close it. I have to go into old mail and open a different e-mail and then go back and open my original e-mail to enable me to mark it as unread. Previously, I was able to close my e-mail, right click it and mark as unread. I no longer get the option on the drop down bar. It gives me an option to mark as read, which is redundant.

This new [Unsubscribe] next to the From line of the email - why is it there?
It isn't on every email I receive. Some members of many groups I belong to have it in their emails to me and others don't. Why would I unsubscribe from a private person's email? If this is AOL's way of trying to do the "Do Not Call" list for spammers, isn't it just telling them our email addresses really exist. I learned years ago to NEVER reply to a spam message - isn't that what the unsubscribe would do if a spam message was in with our regular messages?

I had an AOL tech in my desktop Gold AOL and all is working normally and he suggests this must be a new feature. This may be true but I cannot believe AOL would do this as it inconveniences the Gold member.
Fix and or return my feature to automatically scroll to the top and newest incoming mail fro me to see.

E-Mail Lists Shift Vertically When Cursor is Moved Inside the List
When the cursor is moved into a list of e-mails, all of the e-mails below the position of the cursor shift downward. When the cursor is removed, the e-mails shift upward. This is distracting.
Has anyone else noticed this behavior? If so, join me in requesting that this be fixed.

Add the Attachments Listing to Email Print Outs in AOLGold, like it is in the Browser Email Print Out Feature
Print out of Email with Attachments, from Browser Access, gives me a listing of the Attachments on the print out.
Print out of Same Email, from AOL Desktop Gold, does NOT give me the same feature. I cannot see a list of the attachments.
Please add a feature to AOL Gold, so that my print outs includes a listing of all the attachments sent. -
Filter out bogus "AOL" contacts
AOL should be able to filter out bogus emails purportedly from them, and not send them out to recipients.

Glad your recent font enlargement of highlighted email addresses is gone today!
Thank you for getting rid of the enlarged font when email addresses were highlighted. It was extremely annoying. It was so awful that I considered canceling AOL and just using Google or Safari to read my mail.

Allow MOVE an email between: Inbox, Drafts, Deleted, Sent or Spam
On my smartphone or tablet AOL APP: I can move an email from any of my lists to any other list.
On my desktop gold, I do not have that full flexibility. Please add this function to the desktop gold AOL
