AOL Gold is a disaster! Oath and Verizon may be sued out of business.
Why sued out of business? Because they, AOL, continues to charge for a knowingly defective product with the AOL Gold program. Easy case to win in court. Happens all the time.

Why do folks in Florida & Philadelphia still have the original AOL ?
Why do I have to send myself an e/mail to get my e/mails? This has been going on for over a month..And why does my sister in Florida & my friend in Philadelphia still get the old & wonderful AOL? They know nothing about ''gold''.

Who is writing these things? The article today (8/17) about Biden states "tenants" of Biden's campaign! It should be "tenets." A tenant is a person who rents a living space from another person. Apparently proofreading is a lost art on AOL and, in fact, just about on any publication. Talk about the dumbing down of America!

No "Paste" in Context Menu
Windows 10 computer. Ver 2004. Copy and paste issue. You can copy from outside AOL. However there is NO "paste" word in the context menu when you try to paste into 'what is on your mind' in a Facebook post. Ctrl V works. But, no...'paste' word!! Let me know. Thanks.

I'm appalled at the graphical user interface of this client. The old school clients are bettter. The GUI looks like a 3rd grade VB3 project
Redesign the GUI. It's terrible. The old AOL clients were much better. This looks like a 3rd grade Visual Basic 3 project. I'm a programmer and I could design and code this in a couple hours. Terrible. But I'll continue to pay for this POS and hopefully you get a better progammer to design the GUI. Also, have the chat worked on and make it better. This is what the old AOL client lived on. AOL Tech Fortress
I down loaded AOL Tech Fortress to protect my Windows 7 desktop. It stopped "Windows Explorer" from oprating and sumarily cost me $300.00 to get it fixed. You had better take this program off the market before it does more damage. I called support and they could not help me so I went to a local professional.

It would be great if we could submit comments on Daily Stuff, like the recent one about what baby-boomer foods millennials will not eat.
Allow us to reply and comment on articles in Daily Stuff. I would have loved to make a comment on the one about creamed corn. The article said it's corn with cream but there is absolutely no cream or any dairy product in a can of creamed corn. It's called "creamed" because it looks like there's cream in it but it's just a can of corn in which much of the corn is overcooked and mashed so that it looks a bit ******.

WOW! What an internet service!!!
There has literally not been one site I have been able to get into. Super long delays then crashes, mail bounces from one piece to another. We were told with the new owner service would get better and the only thing it's gotten is worse. Please don't tell me to contact another department, it's you who draws a paycheck from AOL, not me. Why when I search a website do I get SOLICITATIONS TO BUY from the place
I search a website one time and for the next two weeks my main page is filled with ads from the sites visited. Just because I visited a CARMAX website for example, I am inundated with ADS for their used cars. I AM NOT INTERESTED and it seems you probably profit from it. My searches are MY BUSINESS AND NOT YOURS!!!!!!!!!

Too much before I get to where I want to be
PLEASE change it so that when I read a headline (like the one I read featuring Sam Elliott - where is he now?) I want to get to that article. I had to wade through myriad other celebrities before I got to him and it's not only frustrating but gets me darned angry. Give me what the headline offered, THEN put in the rest of the stuff. I'd be more inclined to click on the rest of the stuff if you don't force me to and give me what I asked for in the first place. Thank you.

Why I don't bother with many articles.
I don't bother reading many articles because when I click on them the first thing I get is a lot of background baloney instead of getting directly to what the headline was about. It's getting to the point that I'm ready to opt out of AOL and find another browser.
