I despise what you have done to my AOL.. been a PAYING customer for over 20 years.. with much flak from my Tech guy.. WHY oh WHY?
Bring back a functional AOL.. It now takes me hours to get through my mail. I stayed with and paid for AOL BECAUSE it was faster than any other system.. PLEASE bring back old system!

Incoming emails that have attachments very often don't show the attachments. You have to leave the email and re-enter a second time in order for the attachment to show.
Attachments are shown in list format which is fine, but scrolling down oftern "jumps" an attachment. A "stop" should be implemented as you scroll through each attachment so that the attachments are received individually and not "jumped" over.
In sending emails I often BCC myself for record keeping. As I tab to the BCC button, I want to be able to enter my email address once I hit the BCC tab…

I am not liking AOL Gold. I am having nothing but problems that I am now going to have to pay for.
I am not able to access Ebay without getting error messages. My main screen name is not coming up first as it has for years. Tried to correct this with a representative and still having the same problem. My favorites is a mess. I had them in an order that I knew where they were and now AOL has changed that around and won't let me control it anymore. I am ready to call and just cancel this service. I am not willing to pay for aggravation!!

SORRY..... I am so ******* FED UP WITH AOL GOLD, I AM READY TO SCREAM. It took 8 minutes to get Signed on. WHY???????????And trying to click off a site is close to impossible.
Went to my Facebook, clicked on Messenger, and got another screen , that I cannot CLOSE. WHAT******* ****** CAME UP WITH AOL GOLD. IT GETS worse AND WORSE.

Harassment by aol member with racist, profanity and personal hate laden posts.
*************** is a aol gold member who is continually harassing our chat room experiences and has done so for many years now. It uses new names consistently. I can only assume its because it gets shut down by aol and then has to create a new name. This user stalks us by following us to other aol chat rooms. It continually uses racist rants, profanity laden posts in the aol chat rooms, specifically (special interests craft and garden chat) There are several other aol members who follow this hateful persons lead. Kicked off twice in 5 minutes!!!!
Not on 5 minutes from previously being kicked off of AOL...and got kicked off again. I am going to research who the Federal Agency is who regulates AOL and file my complaint and have them read the thousands of other complaints....and AOL does ZERO to fix these problems.
