STOP SCREWING around with email.
Yesterday I tried to send an email, and al that happened is AOL closed. When it reopened the email was still there. TODAY, I tried to send an email (thinking that you fixed it), it just sat there and made AOL FREEZE.
WTF people, can't you do anything right??? Fix the email situation permanently and stop screwing around with it.
I believe that, whoever is screwing up the email system "SHOULD BE FIRED"! -
Why can't you people just leave email ALONE????? Tried to send one, AOL closed instead.

Error loading mail
I'm beginning to believe AOL has no intention of fixing anything..This has been going on FOREVER!!!! Nothing is being done so it's time to move on to another server. I'm going to have to figure out a way to retain on my addresses!!

It would help if one could actually get on AOL and get their email. I can't even get the help topics, cannot even get to oath.com. Nothing
Can't get on AOL most of the time. Can't get email. Can't even get help. No internet problems at all. Gmail works instantly. AOL Gold Desktop is just the same old AOL flawed piece of software that it has always been. I only stay with it because people know my AOL address. But sooner rather than later I am gonna have to go to gmail or somewhere else because this is disgusting service for which I am paying.

My AOL Desktop Gold is not working
I noticed there are others who cannot use their AOL Desktop. It freezes up when I login to AOL through AOL Gold, and the only way I can even get on is to go through Firefox. What is going on? I liked the old AOL better. They really messed up AOL. I have been with for over a decade.

AOL Desktop Gold
Mails under NEW Mail folder turns into BOLD even if some of them has been read before. Google chrome works fine.
Unable to see mails under Spam Folder.
AOL Desktop gold runs slow as well.

Give an option to always maximize mail when opened
Every time I open my mail it is always minimized. I then have to manually maximize it. Why?

email issues
When I try and move an email to another folder, or tag it as spam, my email page will reset and scroll all the way to top of page. This is a new issue and used to not do this. I want to go back to how it used to be,

Attachment Preview option
I use desktop software for email & I appreciate to have an option to preview the attachment prior downloading the attachment. In this manner can only download those attachments which are required for future reference and discard those after reading. This option is not currently available. Please do the needful to have this option and advise.

AOL Gold mail issues.
I'm having issues with sending multiple emails to multiple addresses. I keep getting an error message. I've tried to get help with this by talking to tech support. Nothing has been resolved. Email with AOL Gold has been a problem since it's inception. Why are we paying for an upgrade that is worse that the old software? And why can't we speak to someone who understands English not just speak it? Some problems can't be resolved by sitting at a computer with a step by step manual to follow.
