It would help if one could actually get on AOL and get their email. I can't even get the help topics, cannot even get to oath.com. Nothing
Can't get on AOL most of the time. Can't get email. Can't even get help. No internet problems at all. Gmail works instantly. AOL Gold Desktop is just the same old AOL flawed piece of software that it has always been. I only stay with it because people know my AOL address. But sooner rather than later I am gonna have to go to gmail or somewhere else because this is disgusting service for which I am paying.

Nothing works here. I can't even get some of the emails sent to me..... and when I send emails at least 30% of the time they are never received. Also, when I try to send and email with a tiny image that is under 500 bytes it does not go. At the bottom of the email I am sending it says 100% processed but it is stuck there and the email does not get sent. Critical problem. Am going to have to open a Gmail account and leave AOL is this is not fixed very soon.

I'm impressed. My "idea" is being "processed" which means it will disappear down the AOL rabbit hole never to be seen or heard from again.
AOL just cannot provide a consistent product upon which one can rely. Cannot.

This Gold Desktop is a joke. When it works, it provides limited information about each piece of mail. 50% of the time it doesn't work. I cannot get up in the morning and get my emails. It just doesn't happen. Sometimes, I wait an hour and get lucky and get on, but more often the problems just linger throughout the day, sometimes working, sometimes not connecting. AOL should be paying me for this critical review.
