  1. Generating end of word before you finish typing

    Why when typing an email, the software generates the end of the word before you finish typing ..thus when you finish typing the letters are duplicated

  6. Get it Fixed to start with.

    When I post a picture or image and send it or someone sends it to me all I get is a little box nothing there. What the **** can't you guys run a program for a week without a problem. I pay for a service that is ****, Every week it is something new going on. Just get the mail fixed where we can post, pictures, images or tags and be able to send them.

  8. AOL just 'upgraded' their software. Now you can't even get photos to appear in your emails without manually attaching them.

    AOL just 'upgraded' their software. It used to be that you could insert a photo in your email by using the picture button and it would automatically insert that as an attachment. That doesn't work anymore. Now you have to manually insert the photo as an attachment at the bottom because if you don't you will see the photo in your email but it won't go through. What a joke!.

    I am very disappointed in your desk top Gold to say the least. Ever since I started with it years ago, my computer will periodically freeze up and I need to restart it – even with a brand new computer I truly have to restart my computer at least 12 – 15 times per day. I use this for work purposes and find that the storage on AOL gold is most inadequate and probably should be marketed to those only using it for family & friends - I run a business using it.   11. Not getting mail from a newsletter I belong to

    I have been getting mail from a newsletter I have subscribed to for years and now for some reason i'm not getting it. It is two different post they send to me one daily and one on Fridays. I want to know WHY!!!!!!

    AOL has attached my AOL account to my Yahoo Account but when I try to respond to a financial thing from my Yahoo Portfolio I get my AOL email as the sending form with.. This I don't want because I use separate account so when the spam gets too great on my retail account name I just don't use (or close that particular) that particular account. I don't want to mess up this AOL account as this is my friends and neighbor account. I think the answer to this is to make an icon on my desk top to access…

  14. Email problems with AOL gold!

    I open the email tab but no email appears any more. Also when in email we must click each message to delete. Takes long time, unlike old AOL that allowed you to highlight many emails at once and delete. AOL gold not worth paying for, bring back the old. This is like many other software upgrades from many sources. Upgrades are usually worse!

  16. bad (or glitch in) update in past 2 days?

    About 1,000 of my "NEW" emails disappeared over the past day or two. It seems as if they, somehow, were moved to my "OLD MAIL" folder, but not by me. btw, it does look like there is a time cutoff going back about 2 years or thereabouts on these moves. I'm mentioning it in case someone else has this issue or in the event you want to share it with whoever does your software updates. I have a hunch someone messed up some code somewhere along the line with a recent update. There is no other explanation I can think…
