  1. Not closing out of Screen name, cannot move to another SN

    I called 5 tech people on Monday, got 5 different answers. I even reinstalled the browser (which has never been the answer in 25 years of using AOL, even tho that is always suggested.
    I can move from one SN to another ONLY once, but the next time I do that, it says goodbye, but the number at the Read Icon stays there and it does not allow me to close out of the SN. I have to close the browser thru Task Manager. This is very annoying as I go back and forth many times a day.

    1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
    2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
    3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

  3. Microsoft update

    Microsoft did an update on 5/21/2008. Now my AOL MAIL wont work and most of my toolbar icons will not connect.
