Not closing out of Screen name, cannot move to another SN
I called 5 tech people on Monday, got 5 different answers. I even reinstalled the browser (which has never been the answer in 25 years of using AOL, even tho that is always suggested.
I can move from one SN to another ONLY once, but the next time I do that, it says goodbye, but the number at the Read Icon stays there and it does not allow me to close out of the SN. I have to close the browser thru Task Manager. This is very annoying as I go back and forth many times a day.
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

I cannot switch screen names more than one time without having to sign off of the computer and then sign back in. Why is this happening? AOL Gold has become very annoying to try and use.
