Using AOL Keyword opens AOL Web Search
Morning, just pointing out that when you type in an AOL Keyword it opens what you've seacrhed for in AOL Web Search. (Unless certain AOL Keywords are not active yet?)

search window upgrade
I am suggesting to your Technicians to return the search window as it was before you upgraded AOL SEARCH. It was much easier to do a google search when looking for a particular subject. THE SEARCH BUTTON IN THE ADDRESS BAR IS TOO SMALL.

My email used to show the number of spam emails. Now it doesn't. It helped me remember to delete them. Please return it.

Please add a search bar for finding folders
It is difficult to search for a specific folder and it would be useful to have a search bar for this.

The New AOL Desktop Gold Update regarding Search Engine
Customer called in about the search engine site not wanted by me. Please help me to remove those names and in not really happy with that. Can you check this as soon as possible.

This change in search assist is TERRIBLE. You must type very slowly to get search to do what you want. DUMB DUMB Have to go to Google
Remove the search assist or change AOL GOLD back to what it was. This was a very bad idea for many users of AOL. I will change to Google until repaired or changed,

Allow e-mails to scroll without clicking
When I open an e-mail, the scroll wheel of my mouse does not function until I click in the body of the e-mail. The Web version of AOL mail allows scrolling without any further action.
Please place the focus in e-mails upon opening so they can be scrolled with the scroll wheel.

Search boxes
I found a tiny little red box upper right corner that says 'Search".. I used that and what I search for works.. Why is this big search box on the opening page? No need for it as it won't work.

When History is turned OFF, it should stay OFF and not turn ON the next time I log in.
Search History is not working correctly. I've turned it to the OFF position but then next time I log in and do a search, it's in the ON position. I've mentioned this before but always receive the same response. I've been with AOL since 2001 and have never had this problem. Please look into it...Thanks
