Los Angeles weather
The weather in San Fernando Valley, CA is very different from Los Angeles weather. In the old AOL version, I was able to get my Reseda, CA weather. Now, the only weather I can get is Los Angeles, so i never know what the Reseda weather will be like. Other major cities in the Valley are Van Nuys, Northridge, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth. Free AOL Desktop Gold
This is not an idea, but a frustrating feedback! Seemingly without notice my "free" AOL Desktop Gold became unusable. Contacted AOL a couple of times with no real "solutions." Then last evening noticed that there is "no more free AOL Gold." Except the approach to continue with AOL Mail, all else is via paid membership. All this happened with no alerts or prior notice of this significant impending change! Not good customer service!

Reporting scam
Reporting scam.
There is a fraudulent company impersonating AOL. When I tried to download AOL, its web page appeared on my screen, not the real AOL screen. Its phone number is 1-610-410-5081, located in Landsdale PA.
This company must be investigated and prosecuted if needed. -
Replace or Improve Desktop Gold
I just got off the phone with Tech Support, and they had to uninstall and then reinstall your HORRIBLE Desktop Gold platform once again since it would freeze up and stop working after I was using it after a few hours every single time. What a waste of my time, and it costs AOL lots of money having their tech support team deal with the endless problems with the platform that its users encounter.
Desktop Gold is hated by everyone, and is the worst platform that AOL has over had, yet you refuse to improve it, or better yet, replace… -

Latino chat Need To Improove
Latino chat 50 y pico, has a lot of issues, on of them is that often change the font, and the text color, turn in black and Arial font when we are chatting. Please fix all the issues, is taking long time to you people to work in all this malfunctions, is very annoying, we are not enjoying our free time to have fan in AOL, we pay every month.
