    -Can't add contacts
    -Can't bold, underscore, etc.
    -Get rid of color change of envelope info that turns PURPLE when replying or forwarding emails!
    -This is just a start...
    There are many more issues.

    Hi there. To see the rest of your folders, tap on the Inbox icon located at the bottom of the app and you can then select the folder you wish to open.     Hi there. You should be able to do this, type the name of the list in the Compose page, tap on Enter and that certain list should load at the end of the suggested contacts.   6. I have issues where emails don't show up when I first open the app, only to show up after I've scrolled down

    on my mobile devices there is a problem where emails don't show up when I first open the app. I've also had emails disappear after reading them, even when I save them as new. The only way to find them is to do a search.

  14. help people when locked out there account instead of trying to charge them 29.99 shame on you.

    My phone has water damage can't pull up any thing phone won't come on I called support on my husband phone the lady verified all info but told me I had to pay 29.99 to have my account unlocked.

  15. can't delete ads from my email on phone. fix this.

    AOL webmail is a free email service that is made possible by marketing ads. If you find the ads to be distracting, you can temporarily hide them and even give feedback on them. To do this, hover over the ad and click the "X" in the upper right corner. You'll be given the option to temporarily hide the ad or provide feedback on it. Permanently remove ads by purchasing Ad-Free AOL Mail subscription.

    Hi, this can be resolved by performing the following actions:

    1. Tap the Profile icon.
    2. Tap Settings & privacy.
    3. Tap Inbox style under "Customize Inbox".
    4. Tap Unified Inbox to keep messages in one folder.
    6. Tap the Back icon to relaunch the app to view the changes.

    If you accidentally delete an email, you can find it in the Trash folder where you can restore it, or permanently delete it.

    Hi there. This can happen if you have a filter set on your email settings. Please log in at mail.aol.com through a laptop/PC, click Settings>More Settings>Filters. If you see a filter there, please delete it. Additionally, please review this article to make sure your account is secure: https://help.aol.com/articles/recognize-a-hacked-aol-mail-account As for the legit emails going to Spam, please keep marking them as Not Spam so your personal spam filter learns to recognize them as legit. If you need help, please contact us at help.aol.com.
