  4. make it possible, in the Android app, to see the destination of a link in email by long-pressing it (resulting in a pop-up).

This would be the equivalent of hovering over a link with the cursor in a desktop browser. That makes it possible (if the browser is properly configured) to see the address of the webpage associated with the link. Currently, while using the AOL app, if I'm not sure about the safety of a link, I have to wait to access that email in a browser to determine if it goes to a reasonably safe web domain.

  5. Fix the widget! It's no longer marginally functional. It doesn't work, at all. It's been well over a year that the "<" & ">" buttons worked.

The AOL widget is no longer even marginally functional. It does not work, at all. Unless you un/reinstall it, the content stays exactly the same. Also, you can't use the "<" & ">" buttons to scroll through the articles. That's been broken for well over a year. Finally, the email flag never clears, on its own.
