  3. PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

  6. cut the ads. i pay for AOL i shouldn't have to close an ad everytime i look at an email. it's really frustrating.

  7. I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

  9. STOP with the email ads. They are very annoying! I just want to see my emails.I get enough spam I don't want more!

  16. when replying to an email on my Samsung phone, it is annoying (especially on long emails) as it flips to the bottom of the message.
