  5. Mail needs to work when the mobile device is offline, then send/receive when back online. Talk to MSFT about Outlook -- it does this.

  14. do away with the other features completely. I only use AOL for email and that only because Verizon bailed. I have plenty of news sources.

  16. make it easier to contact help. Also, there is no where to change your name on the account, when you want to edit your account

  20. Make an auto reply system for AOL Mail.

    An automatic system to respond to emails. This can make it easier and give the user more time to reply after the initial auto reply email is sent explaining it make take some time to reply.
