30 years been with aol it was bad getting a call centre in India now i can't call or email it won't let me not working time to change 😢

How do you save settings? I customise inbox via settings but it just ignores my choices and reverts to default. The changes to App are awful

go back to the old format. This is terrible. Messages won't delete and new mail gets lost. I've had aol since 2000 and am ready to dump it!

I received a call from someone representing themselves from aol and said my email had been accessed from a foreign ip address and TORPIG is

I've had to change my password several times. Now I can only receive and send emails but CANNOT SIGN IN when I have to use a password. HELP

!Phone App Accesses Comp Docs
Warning! AOL website had read and uploaded all my personal docs incl financial records. My comp is powered off. When I clicked to search for attachment to an email from my Android, I WAS OFFERRED PHOTOS AND DOCS ON MY COMP!!! I never back up on any cloud anywhere. IT HAS OFFLOADED MY PERSONAL DOCS LIKE A VIRUS!!!

Ever since you changed the email format my emails are no longer being counted. Would you fix it?
My email is stuck on 161 and will not count my emails no longer.

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile dataAfter you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at help.aol.com
