Why can't you make an Email App that works on a Kindle Fire and has the same format as AOL email on a desktop?
People who still have AOL (i.e., senior citizens) do not want to juggle between different email formats. Are you trying to get customers to change to a different email system? Ask AT&T (DirectTV) how their new format was received by its customers.

allow for the user id and password to be entered on the same screen and automatically tab to the password field for password entry.

Need a selection of fonts and be able to bold italic and underline text and highlight. also direct link from web to email
when there is a link to email from the web it does not open the app email. also I have several accounts so I need a way to select which one I want to use and not only have one as default. Samsung mail has this feature.

you're a big company with lots of Technology why aren't you having your customer service reps working from home.
I've had a corrupt Google account for five or six months you have no phone support of how to fix it your website tells you nothing about it you don't even have a chat feature to talk with a live person. You're one of the biggest companies and have some of the best technology, other companies have figured out how to get their employees to work from home why can't you? I think I might get rid of Google altogether cuz your talk-to-text doesn't even work properly it writes things that I didn't say and I have to go back…
