It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs
It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.

heighten security! My email address and password are constantly being compromised on the dark web. Tired of changing my password so often.
I recently joined Creditwise and their scan of the dark web has found multiple password compromises just within the last 30 days.

Fix this:I can't reply to emails,without it disappearing&going to bottom of received mail. I have to scroll up to see mine over&over again.
When I try to reply to an email, & I'm writing it,email dissapears& goes to bottom of recieved mail. I have to scroll up over&over again. And I can't see the entire email I'm writing. Extremely frustrating,having to keep scrolling up everytime I pause or go back to correct something in my return email. Horrible problem with the new app for AOL. Please fix this issue.

I'm unable to receive email to ***@verizon.net. Unable to add @verizon.net to @gmail.com when I go to 'all mail' view n Gmail account.
Unable to receive email in ***@verizon.net.
Also unable to view *@verizon.net email in my ***@gmail.com email under All Mail.***@verizon.net at that point should come over to **@gmail.com automatically.
Can u reset my ****@verizon.net account and help me with the above issues?

cannot sign on. you state sending a verification code but I have to go to another screen to retrieve it. when I go back to sign on with ve
only need ONE sign on screen. stop sending verification code when signing on. it is NOT WORKING & FRUSTRATING

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile dataAfter you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

Fix the "enter email address to deactivate AOL account" because something went wrong.
I want to delete some of my AOL accounts especially my username because the username was made in mistake. However when I enter the email address, something went wrong. I'm really not a flatfoot. It's supposed to say Irate_Policewoman@aol.com.

for some reason this app occasionally skips days of emails. I have emails from today and then none until 3 days ago.
