  1. cannot sign on. you state sending a verification code but I have to go to another screen to retrieve it. when I go back to sign on with ve

    only need ONE sign on screen. stop sending verification code when signing on. it is NOT WORKING & FRUSTRATING

    Hi there. I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data
    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

    Here’s how to change the edition:

    1. Open the AOL app.
    2. Tap the Settings icon Settings icon.
    3. Under the App Settings tap “Edition”. From here you can choose an edition for country related news, videos and more.

    In most cases this problem is caused by the use of a VPN (virtual private network). A VPN will hide your real location, and for security reasons AOL will ask you to verify your login.

    If you are still having trouble after that, please reach out to our support team at 1-800-827-6364.

  8. Fix the "enter email address to deactivate AOL account" because something went wrong.

    I want to delete some of my AOL accounts especially my username because the username was made in mistake. However when I enter the email address, something went wrong. I'm really not a flatfoot. It's supposed to say Irate_Policewoman@aol.com.

  9. find a way to stop the duplicate emails. I keep getting two notifications for the same email! so I'll get one email but a notification for 2

    since the last update, I've been getting two notifications for one email. so 1 email shows up as 2, 2 shows up as 4, etc.

    Unable to open past emails when searching old emails from folder or past orders,it searches then shows up then when clicked on it shows up blank.

  16. my email address is ***@aol.com, I've tried several times to change my pass word or add a pin. don't see a way to do it in the app
