  1. The extra ads in between my emails are highly offensive. I did not consent; AOL dupes via new email access without being able to reverse.

    AOL intermittently changes your new email check into agreeing to ads without any option to reverse this action, which I have never given my acquiesce.

    You are only informed of this action once you have tried to check new emails.

    I have repeatedly advised of my discontent to no avail.

  2. Please allow my download to open on the same page instead of me having to open them up in "Samsung Files". Too many steps!!

  7. make it easier to zoom in on an email. why can't the top of the email expand upwards? I can't zoom in on the center of the screen.

  10. Please go back to the old format. I cannot stand to have 20 notifications on my phone. About news releases that I am not interested in.

    Go back to old format. I'm not interested in news entertainment and all the other stuff.it is cluttering my phone!

  17. do something about the way messages are downloaded. I open the App, and some load. If I close it and reopen, older messages load interleaved

    If the volume of new messages is too high (it isn't in my case) load the oldest first, then new ones. It's very unsettling to find new messages later on that were received one or two days earlier than messages I read and even responded too, but only downloaded on a different session.
