    To access your Contact List and Groups go to your desktop mail by going to mail.aol.com :

    1. Tap on Contacts on the left menu.

    Please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it. If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Please try the following actions: uninstall the app, restart your mobile device and reinstall the app. Keep us posted if you encounter any other issues.

  6. Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

    This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    We are sorry, but this feature is not available on the AOL App. In order to edit your contacts, please go to mail.aol.com.

  9. fix following problem. cannot add attachments to email via my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note)

    I compose an email. I click "Paper clip" to att attachments and get a list. the pic I want is on list but cannot click on it. stylus has no effect.

    when accessing email from laptop says "blerk error" when accessing from phone says the message cannot load please help

    you keep sending me notifications to update since I use samsung email app. I have. Why am I getting them? I also use windows mail same thing there

    Hi there. If you don’t use a 3rd party app or if you are using one but you already have secured your account, you can ignore the emails received from us regarding that.

  17. when I used the app it permanently deleted my emails. I don't know how to retrieve them. I'm upset about this.

    make it easier to retrieve these emails without us having to try out a program to retrieve the emails that doesn't include aol email.

  18. fix your email first instead of launching apps and **** . No issue with email until your mail was no longer supported by third party service

    stopping third party support for an app that is garbage makes me want to delete my aol accounts permanently
