Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

What have you done over the last few months, my AOL mail after 20+ years is now becoming unworkable. Such a shame that what was a great service has become unstable.

default should be every minute.
icon badges don't appear and can't be reset
put back push notifications and load the mail at time it was sent
If I read a mail, I can't check later same email. Also I can't see sended email. This is not good. So I must use browser
not all of my notifications are showing up at all. emails from connected app notifications, aren't showing up. seems emails very slowly and glitchy.

Emails gehen nicht auf, da Werbung immer neu lädt. Erst beim dritten Mal funktioniert es!
Make it faster than it take to just view my mail from AOL online

Sometimes when opening an email I get only the header, even if I wait. I have to back out and try again, sometimes more than once, before getting the body of the message.
it often will not load all the emails and will say "no email" when I could see there was. I have to exit the app and then re enter to see the email.

when I enclose a picture or document it takes up to 30 min before the reciever get it. What is wrong! it was much quicker before you redesigned the site a couple of months ago. rgds Jan
